endodontist Neema Mehrkhodavandi d.d.s.
Dr. Neema Mehrkhodavandi completed his undergraduate studies with high honors from the University of the Pacific. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating at the top of his class, from the University of Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
Following dental school, Dr. Neema completed his postgraduate training and earned his Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Endodontics from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. During his time in Boston, he served as an adjunct instructor at Tufts University for pre-clinical and clinical Endodontics.
Dr. Neema has earned Diplomate status with the American Board of Endodontics, the only certifying board for the specialty of endodontics. Board Certification requires a review of the applicant’s education and successful completion of the three-part examination process—a process in which approximately 25% of root canal specialists successfully complete.
Dr. Neema has published peer-reviewed articles in both the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and the Journal of Endodontics. He is an active member of the American Board of Endodontics, American Association of Endodontists, and the American Dental Association.
In his free time, Dr. Neema enjoys playing volleyball and basketball and spending time with his family.
